These terms cover your use of the Narrato website, beta app, support channels, feedback reporting, and app updates.
Use of the website and app
You may use Narrato for lawful personal or business use. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attack the update or feedback systems, submit abusive feedback, or distribute altered builds in a misleading way.
Beta software
Narrato is currently beta software. Features, compatibility, pricing, diagnostics, update behavior, and availability may change as the product evolves. Beta builds may include bugs, incomplete features, and first-run setup paths that still need refinement.
Local-first workflows
Narrato is designed for local Mac voice workflows, but you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Do not use Narrato as the only system for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.
Feedback and attachments
If you send a bug report, feature request, diagnostic summary, log, attachment, or support email, you grant Narrato permission to use that material to respond, debug, improve the product, and maintain launch quality. Do not send material you do not have the right to share.
Updates
Narrato can check for updates and show when a new version is available. Do not interfere with, re-sign, or redistribute update packages in a way that could mislead users about the source or integrity of the app.
No warranty
Narrato is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. That includes no guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every workflow.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the Narrato team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or app.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking whether Narrato is suitable for your system and use case. Keep backups of any important work and review outputs before relying on them in sensitive situations.
Intellectual property
The Narrato brand, site design, and distributed app materials remain the property of their respective owners unless a separate license states otherwise.
Third-party services
The website may link to or rely on third-party services such as hosting, analytics, and email providers. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site or app after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
